The JH Girls track meet scheduled for 4/12/22 at BK has been cancelled. There is no makeup date for this event.

The HS B/G Golf meet scheduled for 4/12 at Forest city has been postponed. The new date is TBD.

The HS Girls track meet scheduled for 4/12/22 at Clarion-Goldfield-Dows is cancelled. There is no makeup date for this event.

HS Baseball Update: BK will be joining with Eagle Grove for HS Baseball for the 2022 season. Class of 2026 (8th graders), will have the option to play JH baseball in Belmond and/or HS baseball in Eagle Grove. Information about Eagle Groves Baseball program can be found on Facebook by searching "Eagle Grove Baseball" or contacting their head coach Jordan Miller. A signup will also be available in the HS office.

Reminder! Buddy's Food Pantry is this Wednesday from 3:30-5:30!

The BKBK is in desperate need of help with the concession stand this spring. They have almost no volunteers signed up at this point. BKBK is our main support group for all activities including athletics, drama, music, speech, and others. The soccer game that was scheduled for 4/8 @ Gladbrook-Reinbeck has been postponed until 4/29. Girls will start at 5:00 PM.

The B/G golf meet that was scheduled for today (4/5) in Forest City will be postponed until 4/12 starting at 4:15. 

The boys track meet scheduled for today (4/5) at Eagle Grove has been cancelled. There is no make-up date at this time.

Good luck to the BK Jazz Band today at the Iowa Jazz Championships! The students perform at 9:30 AM in the Scheman Building at ISU. The awards take place at 5:15 in C.Y. Stephens Auditorium.

This Saturday , NHS will be collecting empty pop cans for the Colt's Daycare. Can should be on your curb before 9AM on Saturday, April 9th. If you live out of town or will not be home this weekend, please put your cans along the north side of the High School building across from the play ground and they will be picked up there. The NHS is collecting coins from the elementary students to raise funds for Colt's Daycare. Monday students should be bring pennies Tuesday bring nickels Wednesday bring dimes Thursday bring quarters Friday bring any type of money. All funds will be given to Colt's daycare and the winning class will win a pizza party for their class. Any questions, please contact Mrs Janssen at 641-444-4300 ext 2099.

The HS B/G soccer games scheduled for 3/31 with Hampton-Dumont-Cal has been postponed to 4/22 starting at 5:30 PM.
