Belmond Klemme 7-12th grade Families can stop in and visit with teachers as in prior years. In addition, some families will receive a special invite to visit with teachers, so please keep an eye out for notifications to schedule a conference from teachers!
Change to Conference XC Meet. The races have been moved back 30 minutes. Races will now start at 4 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5 PM
Tonights Activities:
XC Will be running combined JV / Var races at NIACC. JH at 3:30 PM - Girls at 4 PM - Boys at 4:35 pm.
JH Volleyball - Playing in Rockwell, 7th and 8th starting at 4:15 PM.
High School Volleyball - NO JJV or JV. Senior Night will start at 6:15 PM game to start to at 6:50 PM

JH volleyball will be played in Kanawha tonight (10/5) starting at 4:15 pm. They play a single net, 7th grade will play first followed by 8th grade.
JV football in Clarion has been cancelled for tonight (10/2).
The JV football game scheduled for 9/25 in Belmond with West Fork has been cancelled.
The Homecoming Parade has been canceled for today at 2pm. There will be a community Pep Rally at the high school gym at 1:30pm. Community members are welcome to join! There has been no decision regarding tonight's game.

Driver's Education for Thursday, September 14 has been canceled.
The JV football game scheduled for tomorrow (9/12) has been cancelled. This game will not be made up.

The JH football game that was scheduled with Central Springs has been cancelled for today (9/7).
The home Cross Country meet that is scheduled for tomorrow (9/5) has a new start time. The meet will now start at 6:30 pm with JV & Varsity Girls followed by JV and Varsity Boys.
The Varsity boys and girls XC meet scheduled for 4/24 in Iowa Falls has changed. The meet has been moved to 8/26 starting at 10:00 am.
The bus will depart BK at 8:00 am.
The lunch menu for this week is as follows:
8/23- Garlic Cheese Bread, marinara sauce, steamed broccoli, diced peaches, fruit/veggie bar, and choice of milk
8/24- Cheeseburger on wheat bun, baked beans, banana, fruit/veggie bar, and choice of milk
8/25- Chicken & Noodles, homemade wheat bread, steamed carrots, raisels, fruit/veggie bar, choice of milk
Hey everyone! The notifications sent out about the student handbook link are LEGIT! Please check on it and click on the link to acknowledge the parental receipt of the student handbook!
Just a reminder if you have not registered your student(s) for the 23-24 school year you need to do so ASAP.
Registration needs to be completed for ALL students, returning or new. This lets us know who is returning, leaving, free and reduced status and also who will need bus transportation. We need to make sure the addresses, phone numbers and emails are updated as well, so we can contact you if the need arises. We will be using the Infinite Campus System to send out correspondences so it is VERY IMPORTANT that personal information is updated yearly.

Hello to all 7th and 8th Grade Students and Parents/Guardians:
School will begin on August 23 at 8:30
Schedules will be available on Infinite Campus (7th graders will be handed a schedule during orientation)
All students will need PE clothes on the first day
7th Grade and New Student Orientation will be held on August 22 at 5:30 in the High School Auditorium
Students will be introduced to the JH staff and School wide Expectations for the upcoming school year
Technology information will also be shared at this time. We recommend that both student and parent attend the orientation so paperwork can be signed. The signed paperwork will allow for students to get their computer on the first day of school.
You are welcome to bring all of your school supplies at this time to leave in your locker
JH Athletics will begin on August 23rd at 3:30. Make sure you have your clothes and shoes
Volleyball will begin practice in the elementary gym
Football will have a meeting and equipment will be passed out
Cross Country will begin practice
All student athletes will need a physical to be able to participate.
