It's hard to believe that it is July already; where did June go??!! Yet here we are, and that means that the 2nd session for the FREE summer lunches starts back up today! Children ages 1 to 18 eat for FREE, Monday through Friday, 11;15am to 12:15pm, at Jacobson elementary. (All lunches are eaten on-site.). Hope to see you there!

The BB/SB games scheduled with Northwood Kensett have been cancelled for tonight (7/2) and they will not be rescheduled.
Just a reminder that there is no summer lunch being served for the week of July 1 to July 5. We will be back serving lunches on Monday, July 8 from 11:15am to 12:15pm to children ages 1 to 18. Thank you to everyone that has participated in our lunch program so far this summer!!

The softball tournament scheduled for today (6/22) n Garner has been cancelled.
The games scheduled with North Iowa have changed for tonight (6/21) in Belmond. The first game of the baseball double header will start at 5:00 PM. Softball will start at 5:30 PM. There will be no JV for BB or SB tonight.
Update on the HS BB/SB games scheduled with North Iowa. Baseball will play a double header on Friday (6/21) in Belmond. Softball will play one varsity only game on Friday (6/21) in Belmond. Softball will play a second game on Thursday (6/27) varsity only in Buffalo Center.
The home baseball games scheduled with Saint Ansgar have changed for tonight (6/18). Varsity will start at 5:00 PM, JV has been cancelled.
The free summer lunch program is off to a great start!! Thank you to all that have participated so far. We serve from 11:15am to 12:15pm. Just a reminder, the free lunch is for children ages 1 to 18. Adults are not allowed to eat off of the trays of children. All meals are eaten on site (not grab & go), but children are able to take a breakfast to go when they are done with lunch.

Calling all Guardians of the Diamond! BK Baseball and Softball are looking for people to help with quick field maintenance in between and after games. Collectively we can take some field prep off the plate of coaches so they can focus their attention on the games at hand. This would be for home games only and comes with a sweat T-shirt.
