BK athletics will start official practices for all fall sports next Monday, August 12th. Parents / Guardians it is vital that you register your athletes through Bound for these activities. The registration is simple and covers a few documents including Good Conduct, Physical, Consent to Treat, and Concussion From. The deadline to register for sports is August 19th. If your child has not registered by the 19th, they will not be allowed to participate in practice. Please reach out to the HS office if you have any questions.
Thank you to everyone that participated in the FREE Summer Lunch program this summer. The Nutrition Department of Belmond Klemme Community School District hopes that you all have a GREAT rest of your summer!! We look forward to seeing you on August 23!!

Happy Monday morning!! This is the last week for the FREE summer meals! Thank you to everyone that has participated so far. We hope to see you this week yet at Jacobson Elementary cafeteria!! Serving from 11:15am to 12:15pm daily until August 2. (Just a reminder, adults are not able to eat off of a child's tray.)

The B-K Apparel Store will have its final pop-up sale at the Community Night held 8/19 at 5 PM. We will have a table setup in the high school parking lot and all in-stock apparel will be priced to move! Going forward, sports-specific and general B-K apparel will continue to be sold seasonally via online orders through Threads in Algona. This will be the last opportunity for existing gift certificate holders to purchase apparel. Please reach out to James or Andrea Severson with questions!

Don't forget that the FREE SUMMER LUNCHES are still happening at Jacobson Elementary!! Children from ages 1 to 18 can eat a free lunch, as well as take a breakfast home for the next day. Serving now until August 2, 11:15am to 12:15pm.

It's hard to believe that it is July already; where did June go??!! Yet here we are, and that means that the 2nd session for the FREE summer lunches starts back up today! Children ages 1 to 18 eat for FREE, Monday through Friday, 11;15am to 12:15pm, at Jacobson elementary. (All lunches are eaten on-site.). Hope to see you there!
