Theresa Greenfield, Business Manager
Theresa Greenfield earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Upper Iowa University. Her passion for meaningful work led her to the healthcare industry, where she served as Business Analyst and gained experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. In 2017, Theresa and her family moved to Belmond, and she joined the Belmond‑Klemme Community School District as Business Manager. She truly enjoys the challenges and purpose of school finance and takes great pride in responsibly managing district resources in support of students, staff, and the Bronco community.
Thelma Martinez, Assistant Business Manager
Thelma Martinez earned her degree in Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila in Mexico. She has professional experience across the audit, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. She joined Belmond-Klemme in 2017 and currently serves as Assistant Business Manager, bringing a detail-oriented, analytical, and service-focused approach to the district.
JoAnn Huedepohl, Administrative Assistant
JoAnn Huedepohl grew up in Belmond and is a proud Belmond‑Klemme alumna. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa before spending nearly twenty years in the hospitality industry. In 2013, JoAnn returned to Belmond and her two children now attend Belmond‑Klemme Schools. Her professional background includes hotel F&B management, a wide range of administrative responsibilities, and operating a small event‑planning business.
At the District Office, JoAnn oversees accounts payable functions and serves as Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, drawing on her extensive background in organization and operations.
