About Us

At Richard O. Jacobson (ROJ) Elementary, we are proud to be the foundation of the Home of the Broncos. Serving our learners from PreK through 6th grade, ROJ is more than a school; it is a safe, caring community dedicated to nurturing a lifelong love of learning in every child.

Grounded in our district motto, ”Together We Make a Difference”, we believe that excellence is achieved through partnership. At ROJ, students, families, and staff work hand-in-hand to ensure every learner feels known, valued, and inspired. Our commitment to high-quality, evidence-based instruction guides us as we help our youngest Broncos build the strong academic foundations, character, and confidence needed for future success.

We believe that when we collaborate—when we learn, grow, and care for one another—we create an environment where every child can thrive. By providing meaningful opportunities and engaging instruction, we empower our students to reach their full potential and prepare them to contribute positively as engaged citizens. Together, we truly do make a difference in the lives of our students every day.
