Belmond-Klemme Cross Country is a cooperative program shared with Clarion-Goldfield-Dows and proudly hosted by Belmond-Klemme. The program provides opportunities for both junior high and high school boys and girls to compete in a team-oriented environment while developing endurance, mental toughness, and personal responsibility. Athletes train through structured practices that emphasize goal setting, consistency, and individual improvement while contributing to overall team success.

The program competes in a challenging and competitive schedule throughout the fall season, giving runners the opportunity to race against strong programs from across the region. Belmond-Klemme also hosts a large home cross country meet each year, welcoming approximately 18 local schools and serving as a highlight of the season for athletes, families, and the community. Through competition, teamwork, and community involvement, the cross country program promotes lifelong fitness, perseverance, and pride in representing both schools with integrity.
