Jacobson Elementary's Heart Challenge

Subject: Kids Heart Challenge

THANK YOU and final night! 3 -6 Jacobson Elementary families!
You have been absolutely phenomenal in supporting your kiddos during our annual
Kids Heart Challenge with the American Heart Association! THANK YOU!
As I’m writing this, Jacobson Elementary has raised $3,373.53 in donations for the
American Heart Association!!! These funds will go towards public health education,
professional education and training (first responders, etc.), research, and more!

Side NOTE:  Mr Young has been challenged to dye his hair (which color should he choose?) if Jacobson reaches $4,000!    Lets see what we can do tomorrow!  <3

We could not currently fund 74 research studies in the state of Iowa right without
help from YOU through programs like Kids Heart Challenge. THANK YOU, THANK
YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Our final day is tomorrow, Feb. 24.

If you’d still like to help save lives simply go to this link:
http://www2.heart.org/goto/Jacobson. This link also has FREE resources for
families where you can learn hands-only CPR, the warning signs of a stroke, and
much more! Who knows if you may need to become a heart hero yourself!
Lastly, with the funds you have raised, you have provided Jacobson Elementary
with gift certificates for free PE equipment! The AHA has a partnership with US
Games and the more funds that are raised, the more certificates your school can
earn!

Thanks again so much as we enter our final night to raise lifesaving funds at
Jacobson Elementary. You truly have been PHENOMENAL!
With a Grateful Heart,

Amy Knoll, American Heart Association
