Students and staff at Belmond Klemme are thankful for so many things. We have great staff, awesome students, and our community is totally amazing! We are so fortunate to be supported by local businesses, community members, organizations and the surrounding towns.
One such example of the support we receive for our students is the "Friends" program at Jacobson Elementary. First Grade has been "Friends" with the Iowa Specialty Hospital in Belmond for a long time. Every holiday they send a goodie bag for the students to enjoy. This year, for our Thanksgiving, the basket they gave had a hand-knitted hat for each first grader!
