Todays Foods 2 class had a Grilled Cheese Competition. A combination of sourdough bread, carne asada, guacamole, cotija cheese, and yellow peppers won top sandwich for second hour and a combination of jalapeno bread, provolone cheese, garlic butter back, and mushrooms won top sandwich during fourth hour.
