On Wednesday afternoon, BK 2nd-6th graders had the opportunity to participate in a "Battle of the Books" assembly. Over the last few weeks students were given the challenge of reading or listening to a few books. Students formed teams and answered questions about the books. Students had to work together to quickly come up with an answer. After three rounds we had our winners! Congratulations to the first place team "Renwick 1" from 4th grade, and second place winners "The Cinnamon Rolls", from Ms. Maas's 3rd grade! Also, a huge shout out to Bloemke Pharmacy for donating free ice cream coupons to our 1st and 2nd place winners! Thank you!
