Brook Sunne and Renee Jones came up with the idea to hold a "Special Day" for some of our students in K-6! The whole day was planned with fun, sensory-friendly, skill and sensory based stations. The entire environment was thoughtfully planned, from low lights, to soft music, to flags and streamers fluttering in the air! This was a great day for students to have fun, interact with school staff in a different way than usual, and relax after a long and productive school year. The day closed with everyone's favorite elementary P.E. activity-the parachute!
